I never understood why people still get their deer processed. If I shoot a 90 lb doe and send it to a processor I’m not getting that deer back. What you pay for one deer you could buy a nice grinder. A second deer, a nice vacuum sealer and so on. Sausage is easy to make. You can try different recipes. Ground meat, just add bacon or pork fat.

Processing a deer takes a lot of time. If you have the time to do that, great. Personally I’d rather just quarter it, keep my back straps and let someone else do the rest.

Im sure you get delivery pizza right? If so, why?
