Deer Decoys For Foodplots

Any of y'all ever tried using them during the rut? Food plot soother?

I know several people that have used them but no success stories. Of course, im not sure how you would know if the deer came out because of the decoy vs if it would have come out anyway

Tried it for a few hunts a couple of years ago. Never saw a deer with a decoy in the foodplot.

I was thinking of using one for a distraction from a ground blind I built my daddy. He's not able to get around on foot and i'm trying to give him a fighters chance in the blind.
