Hard to beat fried, but pheasant pot pie is a close one.
I remember seeing a pheasant fajitas recipe in a cook book, but can't recall which one. It may have been a John Folse book. Sounded great, but I never got around to trying it.

Some Nebraskans we camped with marinated the breast and grilled it.
