Can't stand coveralls. Base layer and jeans are normally enough.

Also can use my jacket with my waders & ain't no way i'd be able to put on coveralls under the waders

Bibs and jacket, more shoulder room for raising and shooting bow and gun..
Also, less chance of pooping in bibs when they're pulled down.. If it does happen, straps can be rinsed off in the nearest waterhole..
