Can someone rec me a good, affordable whetstone?

My dad has a great stone he got a bun ya years ago off a coworker. I’m looking to put a good edge and maintain it on my trapper.

I have a Lansing kit but would like to add something I could keep in my hunting bag.

Arkansas soapstone will run $12-20 depending on where you get it. Like every other stone you can buy a coarse, med, or fine

Not really if you keep it lubed properly.
