Anybody ever purchased a suppressor from Cabela’s? Looks like you go through Silencer Central.

Isn't the kiosk type things kind of direct? Like that is who you are "buying" it from. I guess cabellas would be the FFL of record and they probably get the fee covered by the manufacturer.

Many retailers of suppressors use Silencer -edit- (Shop) to manage the paper work flow. They have the kiosk that makes it easier for the customer. I deal with a local gun shop that uses them as well.
I goofed and got the 2 confused. I posted silencer central when I meant silencer shop. I have a groovy can from Silencer Shop I am currently waiting for the paper work to be approved

I don't know who Cabela's uses but if they use Silencer Central, screw them.
Silencer Central was fighting to keep the NFA and the $200 tax on NFA items..
Silencer Shop is good to go and they have the kiosk that you see at lot of local shops.
