my dad's is in Bay St.Louis and I love it.First off all the neighbors are awesome and two live there so no theft problems. The fishing isn't half as good as LA obviously but from our camp we can be saltwater fishing, freshwater fishing, in the gulf, or skiing/kneeboarding/tubing all within 10 minutes of putting the lift down and droppin the boat in the water.
I plan on getting a camp in either Cocodrie or Grand Isle many many years down the road
