Gallon of Aluminum Brite. Cut it as needed. It is by far your cheapest option.
It does remove wax, so you will need to re-wax when you use it. Also, rinse it off the trailer when finished, it will eat away at the aluminum.

Most cleaners are the same but I recommend cleaning it, put a coat of wax on it and wipe down after every use.

Pro tip once you get it clean…
Spray bottle woody wax every 4-5 trips can be a life saver. Have had ceramic and other protective coatings, none ever lasted long enough to justify the cost.
Started using spray bottle woody wax as protective coating, using it after cleaning every 4-5 trips and it makes cleaning after trips super easy

I use almost any name brand spray wax and you're right it only lasts 4 or 5 trips so don't buy the expensive stuff.
