Winds are wsw at 5-10. Low tide 8 am. Thoughts? Guide out of ms wants to "stay close" wth that means...

Means fishing bridges, nearshore reefs, and backbay marshes. Can put together a nice mixed bag like that. I have a friend that has been putting the hurt on some nice fish close in near Waveland.

Yep. That said, there's a bunch of good fish around there right now. I did have to wade through a ton of short reds last weekend there though.

We didn't get to the BM. Wind and waves. Limits on reds each day also caught trout, flounder, black drum and sheep's.

Sounds like a good couple of days. Glad yall got out, caught good fish, and taking home some good meat. Shore Thing is a great operation and hope you had fun despite the bad weather.
