Academy is, so I see no reason why BPS is closed.

The BPS where I live is open. I didn't go into the main store; I took my boat in for annual service. I'm pretty sure they're only allowing a certain number of people in at a time so you may have to stand in line.

Cabelas looked open yesterday afternoon so I would assume BP is as well.
