However from what I have been told bait changed that. You litterally couldn't shoot them out of bait is what many of my "old timer" freinds have told me.

Stories of shooting a flock and the rest coming back due to the bait.

I have shot them over bait in Argentina, and let me tell you it's impressive what a duck will do to get to bait. It will show you why they don't allow it here.
