ATV Title Transfer

A guy is looking to buy my '06 Honda Rancher. When I bought the 4-wheeler from my buddy, all I did was sign the title from him, got sidetracked, and did not transfer the title into my name. My question is, how long will the titling process take in order for me to sell this guy my 4-wheeler, or how can I expedite this?

You gonna have to get the guy you bought it from to order a duplicate title if you dont have it. If it's done by thursday, you will have the title the following week.
If u do have the title, your gonna have to pay penalties and interest fees to the state but they can do a double transfer if the guy buying it is with you and be finished
