Will not work unless you fill the feeder with berries. Mockingbirds don't eat bird seed.

And it's not just mockingbirds, at the blueberry farm where we pick there are lots of birds feeding. They just have so many bushes that the birds can't get all the berries. With just two bushes I think your only hope is probably a net. Or just go to a "pick your own" farm and fill the freezer and don't bother with your bushes.

I do plan to try a dozen or more blueberry bushes at my new house site; will be interesting to see how it works out.
