I like your Hobie rig.

You wouldn't be interested in one or two bad arse Yamaha waverunners would you? I am looking to sell the pair I have and buy a Pro Angler with some of the proceeds of my sale. Just wanted to check on a trade + cash scenario if you were looking...

I have the Outback. It was my first kayak and it kicks arse. I think the Pro Angler is the best out there for fishing but I can't handle it by myself or get it on top of RAV4.

Hurricane...I've been thinking about getting one but I know they weigh over 100#'s. Do you think one person could get it into the back of a truck and tie it down or does it need a trailer?

I have a 14' that weighs 72lbs. I'm not a big guy (6'1" ~175) and I throw it on top of my Jeep by myself all the time.

You have a balcony? Tie a rope to the yak and pull that SOB up.

a one man show. i did it before i got my trailer. you just remove the cart once you have it pulled up on there. its really simple.
ETA: the cart flips upside down and ties down w/ the bungees already back there. i would tow it w/ the cart and my icechest bungeed down in the kayak.

sorry brother, not interested in any waverunners at the moment

I have a 2012 Hobie Outback. Love it. Have traveled probably 10 miles in one day pretty easily in it. It's great being able to fish an entire shore line, and drink a beer.. all while never picking up a paddle. I've tried the new Pro Angler's and do not like them as much as the outback. Doesn't steer as well as the outback.

Oh yeah one person could get it in the back of a truck and they have wheels you can roll them on for short distances. But for me the Pro Angler is out of the question with my RAV, I'm already scratching the hell out of my RAV and the kayak sliding it up and down and occasionally dropping it. The Outback is 88 pounds I believe, not sure what the Pro Angler is but I know it's wider so it would be even more of a pain to get your arms around.
