It’s the old Garmin thumb drive like things from 2010. How can I get these out of these units into a new Garmin

Is there any way to connect it to a computer or does it have any type of memory card/SD card? If so, there has to be a way to download them.

I am not familiar with this device, but I am familiar with many Garmin models. Do you still have the cords that connect to the device? It should be super easy if you do.

I had this Garmin years ago. 2 options:
A serial/power cable to power the garmin and connect to the computer to download the waypoints

Or

A garmin card reader for their chip.
