Any experience with .45 Super and 460 Rowland.

I got my old trusty gen 3 Glock G21 with a threaded Lone wolf barrel and starting thinking about trying .45 Super or going even further with 460 Rowland. I'm way leaning on .45 Super but I have zero, repeat zero experience with those 2.
What experiences you guys have with it? Enjoy shooting them? Hate them? Reliablity? Whatever you got lay it on.
