Replace reverse tail bulbs with brighter LED bulbs. Buy plastic frame tube covers. Those holes need to be plugged imo

More for usage than for looks. I will typically use the bed so I dont really want anything blocking it. I just want to close it off when I need to. Which is why I was thinking about the roll up style
