Picked these up 6 boxes of each on Wednesday morning at Academy in Sugar Land, TX. Never shot Monarch before but for $9 box t was too good to pass up.

I picked up 6 boxes the other day and they seem to work as well as any other steel shot.

I used some a couple days ago. I missed what turned ou to be a morganser on the water. Apparently missed him twice even though he was dead center of the pattern. Unloaded my gun and switched over to different shells after that. Another problem I have with them is they are bright orange. It seems like ducks would see the spent shells floating in the pond.
