I have chartered with Capt Rok (Louis R.) Fished in East Bay for mangrove and he had dove on most of the rigs out that way.

Yeah, that man has done it all when it comes to spearfishing. Used to love diving with him

Hell Divers Rodeo weekend was an amazing success despite mother nature doing her best to keep the man down
People were able to go out and brave the more than sporty seas and shoot some nice fish
I didn't place anything this year but still had a great time
