27hp prodrive idle speed

I got a 12 yo 27hp Kohler prodrive. Just changed the carb out bc it was old, running like shite. Broke the selinoid at the bottom. Anyway what should my idle speed be. I believe it was 1100 before. Now when I got too low on the idle screw it kills. Ideas?

1100 is kind of high and imagine you might have clutch issues engaging drive regularly at those rpms. My mud boat idles at 700
