Mine is the one on the left. On the right is my best friends 135.


As for the Ohio deer I think it is a good mount. Believe the neck ruffles are from one of the newer huskier/more muscular McKenzie series which recently came out.

And as far as the muscles in the neck go, I'm guessing that a deer that has to carry around that kind of headgear with what it must weigh would probably have a pretty stout neck on it.

I believe McKenzie calls it "The Arnold" series.

nice looking mount.

Keep in mind I have never mounted a deer and prolly will not, not really my thing. Of course I have never killed a 145 or bigger

The big deer was just not a good mount IMO. Newer form or not, those creases up and down the neck, the kinda odd sneak position, and the lack of anything done with the mouth but a straight line looks kinda bad. Not bobcat bad, but not too great.
