2013 Chevy Silverado lights question

Buddy of mine has a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500.
His low beam lights aren't working.
High beam is fine and the running/fog lamps come on when the low beams should be on.
Fuse is fine.
Do ya'll think it could be the relay?
Thanks

probably the relay, might sound stupid but did happen to make sure the bulbs weren't burned out. The day time running lights will make them fail faster. did you check the voltage at the harness with the light out to see if you were getting the correct voltage which I think is 12v

I had a 2002 do that and it was the multi-function switch. Had drive home with my brights on and met a lot of pissed off drivers.

I haven't. He took it to the dealer and they ran a quick test. They told him that they think it's likely both bulbs are out.
