Just yesterday morning, she started blowing a puff of blue smoke when I start first thing in the morning.....145K miles....
Anything I should address or just chalk it up to 14 years old?

Get it in the shop now! It will lead to a blown head gasket and total engine failure quickly.

Check engine light on? Could be a faulty PCV valve. I have a 2013 ecoboost and just had mine changed out- that was one of the symptoms
Cold also be valve stem seals, I'd try adding a sealant additive soon
