Just had a workover job permit pulled by MMS. Coil tubing clean out job. Apache also had a workover with coil pulled.

It's not shut down completely. We have to get some documentation on the coil tubing BOP's, same as drilling (don't know what just yet, waiting on word back from our contact with MMS). Originally, we were told that none of the drilling issues would impact us.

Guess that was wrong, also.

Found out today that we are up to par on all regs and can now reapply for our drilling permits, on the other hand we found out that 3 of our platforms are being shutin bc they pulled the permits on the pipeline we are pumping into bc they were trying to do up grades on it.

That's good to hear. Where y'all drilling at?

We'll have our documentation ready and it's just gonna cost us 2 days. But that's 2 days I didn't factor in my AFE, and 2 days that a lift boat is going to be sitting idle on payroll.

4 wells, 2 in main pass, the other two not quite sure of the location but know that they were deep water at least by the moritorium standards, around 600-700ft, so not sure exactly what the word on those two are.
