The article is technical so my be hard for non industry people to understand fully but is a very good read about what took place, what the causes were and changes that should be made.

Thanks for the link. I have been trying to figure how they performed the negative test. The more info we find out, the worse it looks for their well control, well design, and accepted practices.

Yea I think there will be changes made to well designs as well as control techniques and testing techniques.
