How's the oil spill going?

Haven't checked this board out in a while. When I was last here I was reading posts that seemed like talking points - about how the spill was not that bad because natural seepage doesn't damage the envirnonment. How only the dumb fish and birds were dying while the smart ones swam and flew away. Is this still the case? Still not really anything to worry about? The Gulf will be fine in a couple of years?

can't vouch for the other things that were said but the gulf will be alright. dont get me wrong, its still an awful situation and lots of people will be out of work, but the gulf WILL fix itself.

Yeah the gulf will fix itself in about 10 -20 years. The Louisiana Marsh may just die and not return.
