"ONLY" 80-percent of the GoM's oil production comes from deepwater (>1000') - but nah, the moratorium won't impact anything.

Any questions on how much oil can be found in and produced from deepwater need only look at 2 other finds by BP recently: Tiber and Kaskida. Both drilled by the Deepwater Horizon.
