Back in HS as a Soph - 1953 - ran a 5 flat mile. Coach said I had just tied the world record - the women's world record.

weighed about 135

When I was in my early 40s, averaged 7.5 weighed about 170.

Your old lady is what...240ish? So I guess go ahead and add 3 minutes to your time.

When I was running a lot of 5K's & 10K's, I'd usually average a 6:10-6:15 pace...weighed around 175 or so.

I've never "officially" ran One mile for time. Ran a 17:48 3 mile in Marine Corps boot camp back in the day.
