We have Lync at work and I think it has trained me to send messgaes in burst. Nobody wants to read a text block

I do not want to read massive blocks of text. Something better be seriously wrong if someone is sending me massive paragraphs via text

If something was terribly wrong I'd hope for at least a phone call. lol I personally don't mind getting a big message, but I write a lot and enjoy reading.

I will sometimes do that. Only when it's a discussion that the person is responding quickly.
