WWE Smackdown/AEW Rampage Thread: Friday Night Street Fight Edition

There was a special 3-match AEW Dark Elevation show on YouTube last night... which saw Mance Warner pick up his 1st AEW win in his 1st official AEW match (over Serpentico mind you) and Madison Rayne a) made her AEW commentary debut & b) found out who she's wrestling on tonight's LIVE episode of Rampage in her AEW debut match.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown comes from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, S.C.

With SummerSlam now behind us... we look ahead to the next PLE... Clash at the Castle. After successfully defending the title at SummerSlam... Roman Reigns turns his attention to Drew McIntyre. Will the Head of the Table make the Scottish Warrior acknowledge him in Wales?

They actually let women wrestle in the UK too... so tonight there will be a gauntlet match to find out who will challenge Liv Morgan for the Smackdown Women's Championship at CatC. The gauntlet match will feature Raquel Rodriguez, Xia Li, Sonya Deville, Aliyah, Natalya, Shotzi, & Shayna Baszler.

It's the 3-match series the world has been begging for... Shinsuke Nakamura/Ludwig Kaiser III... this being the rubber match of the series and will apparently decide if Nakamura will get a crack at Gunther and the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

AEW Rampage is LIVE tonight from the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Mich. (they're also taping Battle of the Belts III there tonight... that airs tomorrow night at 7 PM on TNT)

Despite the 'interim' status of the title he holds... AEW Interim World Champion Jon Moxley has been a fighting champion since winning the belt at Forbidden Door. Tonight... ahead of his title match at Dynamite: Quake at the Lake on Wednesday night against "The Lionheart" Chris Jericho... Moxley will fight "The Southern Psychopath" Mance Warner to see if Warner can earn a shot at the title at a later time in a Championship Eliminator Match.

Elton John may have thought Saturday night was alright for fighting... but what about a Friday Night Street Fight featuring the AEW World Tag Team Champions Swerve in Our Glory vs. Tony Nese & John Woods. Will "Smart" Mark Sterling ever get his wish of getting Swerve Strickland thrown out of AEW?

And after Jade Cargill refused her challenge... Jade offered up the interim baddie Leila Grey to take on Madison Rayne in Rayne's AEW debut match. Grey better not mess this up or Cargill might legit murder her.
