It's nXt's first "big show" following the post-Wrestlemania call-ups... and with a Chicago audience in the AllState Arena on hand... it promises to be a good one

Gonna be good. Kinda felt like Takeover: NOLA should have been the end of Gargano/Ciampa because the best matches certainly of 2018, maybe the last few years are:
Omega/Okada - Dominion
Gargano/Ciampa - Takeover: NOLA

I think Gargano/Ciampa will be 1 that lasts for like a year with all the different kind of gimmick matches
Chicago Street Fight tonight
maybe a Last Man Standing Match
maybe a cage match
maybe an ambulance match
this feud's built for stuff like that
ETA: I definitely expect Ciampa to win tonight

This is probably the least excited I have been for an NXT takeover. The heavyweight and tag team title matches are lackluster. Also, EC3 should be on the card.

Ciampa turned on him one year ago at this very PPV, did he not? I mean, I could watch these guys wrestle for another year of NXT PPVs but can this thing really extend 2 years?

but the actual feud didn't really start until TakeOver NOLA due to Ciampa's injury
they had to keep it simmering for like 9 months (thanks Almas & Vega)
When they fought for the 1st time post-heel turn is when the clock started ticking on the feud in my eyes
