Idk.....I could see an argument made for both Joe and Stroman being faces
Neither have been much of a "cowardly heel" that's for sure, especially Joe

Yeah, the reason I'd go with Strowman as the heel is because he basically bad-mouths the fans or threatens the face GM and, while the crowd hates Roman, he hasn't done anything heelish.
Joe has attacked people from behind during most of this feud and Brock hasn't used any heelish tactics lately that I can think of. He didn't run from Joe at any point or anything like that.
