Is it worth the $250 to hope that it's not already in the process of being claimed by someone else? I'm going through the form using the same trademarked categories Linda and Vince used for trademarking names.
Inflation seems to also be affecting USPTO fees. The last trademark application I filed cost only $75. My dad's got it framed in his office...which is fair since he does the grunt work.
ETA: I did it. Though I will be surprised if someone hasn't already beaten me to it.

I completely forgot a small update tonight. Mrs Dawg, a former D1 All-American, has gone back into retirement. She was supposed to compete at the Masters indoor championships this weekend but popped her calf practicing last night. So now it's a few decades of getting old until we get to enjoy watching LD's kids compete at a high level.
