How the hell can a Chihuahua in a rolling cart be of service to a woman attending court?

They're "comfort animals" and they're mostly bullshite. The ones for PTSD vets I can kind of support.

Anyone can get a service dog certificate online now. It's a small fee. I'm not sure how I feel about it. Some people need and benefit from having their pets with them at all times but I'm sure a lot don't really need it.
I guess as long as the animal isn't making a mess or making others unsafe it shouldn't matter.

it would benefit me if I had a puppy. wouldn't have to clean up puppy shite when i got home from work
