She is a personal trainer and hawks juice. She has her own blog and uses it to book training sessions and classes. She also uses it to sell her juice blends.
Maybe if somebody forgot to pay her for a class, session, or a jar of juice, it would occur to her to tip people who make their living through tips. I would say his deranged, misguided note will serve as a lifetime reminder that being in her presence is not a tip.

"Dear delivery driver, because of your retarded note, I will now answer the door for all my pizza deliveries with a 12 gauge ready to go. This, I'm sure, will preclude me from providing any of your pizza delivering brethren from getting a tip as well."
