Her husband might want to know that he needs to get tested for STD's. He may also avoid raising a kid that isn't his.

And how is stalking someone (usually sexually explicit in nature) after having an affair with them not make that person a HUGE part of your life?

He could stand in front of a Family Court Judge here in the great state of Louisiana,bring with him a u-haul truck full of achievements in excellence from a school teacher to a little league coach to a chairman of the rec board,whatever. A U-haul full of morally righteous deeds and a judge will find him at fault of the divorce in this state and pretty much have to give his wife everything.
This is a judge. A family,civil court judge that gets paid to judge peoples moral character.
You go there (frick someone else) in a marriage and your moral character takes a hit it can't replace.
