Woke PSAs on cable channels

Anyone else notice that on certain cable channels- TBS and Comedy Central in particular- there are more PSAs than regular commercials? Most are by Ad Council.
So regular, you can almost call the next one before it comes on. The "Dad, do we have a gun?" kid, followed by the Lesbian moms who were denied service at the pharmacy, followed by John Cena proclaiming "That to love America is to love all Americans."
Theres a few more in the line-up. Most are of the "woke" variety, but not all. Child carseat safety is pretty bipartisan.
Not so much a poli-board issue bc its more aggravation than an anger thing. Give me good old fashion capitalist propaganda, trying to get me to buy your product. If I wanted socio-political propaganda, I'd go to a news channel.

This is probably the most accurate difference between what should go here and what should go on the PT.
Aggravated? Here.
Mad as frick? PT.

They don't show that in Atlanta, but I found it online.
This is a political ad. There is no safety message there. Loading, racking, and firing an unloaded gun does not happen by accident. Arson can be committed more quickly and easily, yet there's no PSA telling dads to lock up their charcoal starter.
I have a problem with this masquerading as a PSA. Broadcasters use PSAs to show that they operate in service of the public good, which is one of the conditions under which they're allocated their slice of the RF spectrum. Political advocacy should not count toward that.

I mean.... do you think lesbians should be denied service?

Of course not, but I prefer fake beer knights saying "dilly dilly " and animals doing funny things in attempt to get me to buy some crap.
