Adding an exchange would no doubt help. Just by nature of adding more lanes.
It is cost prohibitive as well as logistically prohibitive. The plan should be to make improvements that are achievable.

It would be a lot more expensive and take a lot longer than just expanding 73, I think.

We have a weird refusal to build / expand surface roads. Maybe because they don’t get federal funding?
