And all that was done before the stupid Toll craze.
Man I remember as a kid when 75 was 4 lanes during renovations. Dad was a patient man dealing with all of my moms mini freak outs being to close to the concrete barriers. Ha.

Worked on this in 1999, 2009 and 2015. The final target of a 4 lane highway would require a serious upgrade to LA 10 in many areas, often almost a complete re-building to meet current standards. Lots of 'posted' bridges to be replaced, too.
State doesn't have the money.
