re: Why do certain races (not naming names) not know basic traffic rules?

I was working in Trondheim Norway and went to lunch with co-workers, who drove. The whole drive was inches from being a bumper cars amusement ride. We got to the restaurant and they asked if I was so pale because I was car sick. Ans.: no, it was the other drivers. They all laughed and said, "This was an uneventful drive."
Right!
