Celtic, he does not want advice. He wants to stand on top of his soap box.
How about be thankful you have a job? Happy people find the good in a situation. Unhappy people find the negative in a situation.
Did someone force you to take that job? Did YOU have a hand in creating the scenario that you accepted this position?
Having said all of that, I would never do that to any of my employees.

The company generally doesn't care how the boss is to his employees as long as the work gets done. It's all about the bottom line.
