went to go get a new iPhone because my old one broke. had an upgrade available so i used it. the what do ya know, Verizon went ahead and tacked on a little $30 "upgrade fee." like wtf. so i wait 2 years to be eligible for an upgrade and then i have to pay an extra 30 bucks to use it? some bullshite

AT&T tried that one time with me. I looked at the guy like he was crazy. He looked embarrassed and removed it. I didn't really have to raise a fuss at all. He just felt bad cause he knew it was crap.
