It’s on private property. The state has debated letting trees grow up in front of it to block it from the interstate. Same thing (with it being on private property) with the giant confederate flag on I-65 between Birmingham and Montgomery. They aren’t going to block it with trees though unless they bring in some giant Redwoods.
