They don’t in Ascension/P’Ville. D’Town just lost 1,000 students to PVille High so not nearly as crowded anymore. For 2026 they are a top 15 public school in the state and that’s including top tier magnet/charter schools with U High being included as well which is basically a private school

Had 2 at Parkview and one at catholic school. Parkview. Episcopal and Dunham are self funded. They take zero state money. All catholic schools do. Because of this common core is implemented. The 3 mentioned are supposed to but they don’t. Tremendous difference is academics between the three mentioned and catholic schools.
