Uhh, I brush my teeth often enough to where I don't get anything on my teeth that can be scraped off with a fingernail.

And your toothpaste should prevent that crap from forming on your teeth.

Either you aren't brushing often enough, you aren't using enough toothpaste, or you are rinsing your mouth too much after brushing and the toothpaste can't protect your teeth.

I haven't gotten that crud on my teeth since I was a little kid and my dental hygiene wasn't great. On weekends I might not have brushed my teeth in the morning like I would on school days.



Long story short, brush yo teef.
