At least nobody can complain about the traffic on I-10/12/110.

We're warming up fast. We'll get to freezing by nokn, if not sooner, and should push up to about 40. You typically need a couple of hours above freezing with the sunlight to get the raised surfaces unfrozen.
So I'd bet about 3 pm today.

Everything on the surface of the ground will is basically fine, sans some areas that are in constant shade.
It's the bridges and overpasses keeping the interstates shut down currently.
