When the Canadian government and provinces announce this week of the relaxing of covid restrictions I guess that'll make the media right for once.. all the media outlets up here in Canada I have been saying this for over a week now that the announcement is imminent....

The vast majority of Americans support Black Lives Matter and Antifa protests. I know because it’s the general sense I get from living here and watching the news.
Also, people are definitely willing to state their mind and support for a cause that can get them cancelled, fired from their jobs, called whatever -ist/-phobic, etc. So it’s even more trustworthy

I’ve talked to three people at work (all living in Montreal) and they seem to support the truckers…mainly they are sick of all of the mandates and closures and curfews and also that Trudeau wasted a bunch of money on an election (I got confused by this part)
they told me they had to have friends over and close their blinds to hide dinners, which is crazy
so, in my opinion the truckers have 100% support from Canadian people

Oh I've talked to some people to that are of that opinion but I think we all can agree that this is gone on too long and we're all sick of whatever restriction and mandates that any government wants to put on people.... Oh and thanks for the intelligent well thought out comment... There's been so few of them in this thread

Have a friend that is up there and told me that 250 000 people have blocked the Chantalize and the police are randomly deploying tear gas everywhere in the city.

Also said that over 60 snipers and hundreds upon hundreds of riot geared police mobilizing. Snipers on buildings looking down over the truckers (where people are there with their families)
