3.35 for Fred Heroman plant nursery was the lowest paying but the $4 an hour my Uncle paid me as his farm bitch was by far the least juice for the squeeze

As a kid I mowed a family friends yard. Then raked it. Then edged it with a manual hand pushed edger. It had never been edged before and it about killed me. All day job. He handed me $2. I went home and tattled to my dad. Guy gave me another 10. I wouldn’t have done it for less than 30 if it wasn’t a family friend.
