Just south Louisiana. Those late 60s early 70s Chevy pickups were notorious for body rust. My dad bought a new one in 1970 about a year before he died. The body was rushing through within a year after he passed away. I actually have found memories of that truck, though. It was gone by the time I was driving though (77-78). Old style gate with chains and hooks.
If my recollection is correct, I’m sure your MPG sucks, though.

You sir are correct about the mpg.
Used to pull my boat to the river and you could actually see the gas hand moving.
