Don't have one. Got baseboard heat though, but its individually controlled and usually off. 1-6, does not go up to 11.
Building stays warm, so my AC and heat is usually just opening and closing the windows bit. No need for AC in summer.

It's a battle just to get mine down to 73. Mrs Noonan thinks it's freezing if it gets below 74.
